Applicants to the 2021 Surgical Oncology Fellowship Match will submit applications and supporting documents through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The SSO will not accept applications for the match. Applicants must request a Token from the ERAS Fellowships Documents Office (EFDO) prior to registering on MyERAS, beginning July 9, 2020.
Fellowship positions start in July 2022.

| Application Opens | MyERAS will open for fellowship applicants to register and begin working on their applications on November 17, 2020. Applicants may begin applying to CGSO programs through myERAS on December 1, 2020. |
| Application Deadline | The deadline to submit your application via MyERAS is January 18, 2021. No exceptions will be made. |
| Interviews | Interviews will take place February 2021 – May 2021. Interviews will be conducted virtually in 2021. |
| Rank Order List Entry (via NRMP) | The Ranking Entry process will be conducted through the National Residency Match Program (NRMP®). Program candidates must register with the NRMP® (even if you have utilized the R3 system before). Please do this by going to Registration, Ranking, and Results® (R3®) system, using a unique email, username and password. Registration opens on March 24, 2021. Rank Order List Opens: April 21, 2021 Quota Changes Due: May 19, 2021 Rank Order List Deadline: June 2, 2021 |

| Fellowship Start Date | August 1, 2022 – Exceptions: University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, and McGill University start date is July 1. |
