Our Fall 2021 Application will open August 2-13, 2021.
Steps to Volunteer for College Students and Adults:
Step 1 - Complete the online application, available August 2-13, 2021.
Step 2 - Email a copy of your photo ID, a copy of your visa (if required) and the completed background check form to volunteerservices@moffitt.org by August 13. Please do not send any documents prior to August 2.
Step 3 - Download and complete health screening packet. Between August 16-20, you will be contacted about your volunteer assignment and to schedule your Health Screening appointment.
Step 4- Bring the completed packet to your health screening appointment which includes, TB screening, drug testing, immunization/titers, and influenza vaccination (during flu season).
Step 5 - Attend general orientation.
General Orientation:
Attendance is mandatory for new volunteers.
All Orientation Sessions will be held virtually via Zoom. Please allow at least two hours to attend the session. Orientation dates are listed below. Please register to attend only one session.
Friday, August 27th, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Wednesday, September 8th, 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
