Moffitt Cancer Center plays a proactive role in helping patients receive quality cancer care by working with an extensive national network of insurance and managed care organizations. Moffitt will work with patients to obtain the necessary insurance authorization to receive treatment, although patients are ultimately responsible for adhering to their healthcare plan. With insurance plans evolving, it's important to make sure Moffitt and cancer care are part of your healthcare plan.

• Aetna  - Moffitt Cancer Center and Moffitt Medical Group are in-network providers for Aetna’s commercial and Medicare HMO, POS, and PPO plans.  Moffitt Cancer Center is an Aetna Institutes of Excellence™ Transplant Facility.
• AvMed - Moffitt Cancer Center and Moffitt Medical Group are in-network providers for AvMed’s commercial HMO, POS, and PPO plans.
