Dr. Thomas is a diagnostic radiologist in the Body Imaging division of Diagnostic Imaging at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Thomas has expertise in interpreting imaging studies of the chest, abdomen and pelvis across multiple modalities, including CT scan, ultrasound, and MRI. Dr. Thomas completed undergraduate training at the Florida State University, followed by medical training at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Dr. Thomas continued at USF Morsani College of Medicine for Diagnostic Radiology residency training, where she served as chief resident. She also completed her fellowship training in body imaging at USF and joined Moffitt following fellowship in 2014. She has a passion for educating the next generation of physician, including medical students, residents and fellows. Dr. Thomas holds an appointment to the USF Department of Radiology where she serves as a core faculty member of the USF diagnostic radiology residency program and also serves as the Chair of Graduate Medical Education for Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Thomas is a member of several professional radiology organizations, including the American College of Radiology, Radiologic Society of North America, and the Society of Abdominal Radiology.
